Remove the six box and install it at a good working lane, then the T-vision board, next the bowlers terminal board. You can switch these boards one at a time between a good working lane and the problematic lane. Now reconnect power cable to the VDB and if the error goes away then the problem is somewhere between the six box, T-vision board and bowlers terminal board. Connect the L-com cables back to the VDB (JP3 terminal) and leave the line unplugged from the QBK-six box. If the L-com line is good, then start checking the various electronic boards. Remember that the #1 and #4 wires are the power wires and wires #2 and #3 are the communication wires. Disconnect the L-com line at the JP3 connection(VDB side) and also at the six box connection.
